Same as a trap bar but slightly different. I can't do traditional deadlifts because of my surgeries (stomach and back T and L) due to my honorable service and retirement from my beloved Marine Corps. Trap bar has your grip off to the side and focuses more on legs versus back.

Even if it causes more possible knee problems, as somebody that suffered both back & knee problems, id choose knee pain over back pain any day of the week.

Least weird move Ive seen from this guy in 7 years. Still would not do it. Im not about to balance that bar 100% center while hitting RPE9 and keeping the weight 100% straight to not invoke rocking or sliding. Unnatural and unneccesary parlor move.
