I started lifting at age 46 and am now 60. What I've found is that over time as I've gotten older trap bar deadlifts have gotten physically easier on my joints than conventional or Sumo ones.

Very good instructions, now i have to try the Trap bar since i want quads the most when i deadlift.

I was doing Romanian deadlifts at the gym one day and later i heard this dude nearby talking to someone saying how in a deadlift the weight should always touch the ground, guess he didn't realize there's different variations of deadlifts, but it made me question myself
