Are vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 the same? I don't think so. 

Vitamin D2:
• Is mainly made synthetically 
• You can get vitamin D2 from mushrooms (but many people don’t do this)
• There are not a lot of studies on vitamin D2 
• The studies on vitamin D2 do not have the decreased mortality benefit that D3 has 
• Vitamin D2 is less expensive, but you need more of it to see results 

Vitamin D3:
• You can get vitamin D3 from animal sources (fatty fish, red meat, cod liver, cod liver oil, liver, egg yolks, and butter)
• There are studies on vitamin D3 
• Vitamin D3 is 5x faster in the conversion 
• Vitamin D3 is less toxic 
• Vitamin D3 is more stable

This video posted just 12 minutes ago and two people give it a thumbs down. Negative people getting their joy by instantly disliking everything. Go out in the sun take a walk and make some vitamin D and try being happy.

You can slice mushrooms thinly and sun dry them for vit d3 ! alot of people do this to get them thru the winter months !

I never believed that I need to consume Soy...like freminted soy...do you think this test is a good indication for hormonal conditions especially cortisol..from my information it shows I believe the same way Dr.berg you explained Adrenal burnt-out condition if you can make a video on this topic 😊Much appreciate with ❤ & respect

D3 supplement and Actual Sunlight is also very different. Even if you supplement, there are benefits to sunbathing no supplement can replicate. Direct experience.

If you place the mushrooms you are going to fry up under a UV lamp for 20-30mins, the D3 increases by 300%.

Dr Berg is Cataplex D from Standard Process d2 or d3. It doesn't say on the label, it just says D.

Dr. I am less than 5 of vitamin D2 but 40 of vitamin D3. I have gone into depression, weakness, and other things. I understand deficient D2 can cause this. Can you expound off this more. It has become severe to me. Thank you, you are wonderful to help us.

Thanks Dr.,
My VA doctor prescribes me 50, 000IU of vitamin D2. I looked into it and realized that I needed D3 so that is what I take in a smaller dosage.

Thank you. My Dad has vascular dementia and he had two spinal cord surgeries. He gets his vitamins as a prescription from the VA. The VA gives the D2. I take D3 but I don’t wanted to understand why they would provide D2. Now I can speak to the VA to change the prescription. I believe it help him improve.

Weird thing is everytime I eat bio Chestnut mushrooms after a while I can see it in the mirror like having been in the sun.

*A little contradiction* there, D2 is synthetic but is also found in mushrooms? That's like saying aspirin is synthetic but it's also found in broccoli.
