I am curious why they don’t give zinc and vitamin d. There was very positive studies that show it is very effective with recovery

Hi. I had covid alone at home for the past 6 weeks. When I felt my chest or breathing become labored, i took a sprinkle of regular seasalt in my palm and licked it up following it with a little water. It mostly opened my airways and breathing became better. Sometimes I had to do it after 10 minutes again, but it worked eventually.

Someone very dear to me is now on supplemental oxygen (BIPAP) and have been getting iv pushes of both meds discussed in this video.

They were not vaccinated at the time of hospitalization.

It’s been a surreal experience to see my loved one struggling to breathe. We’re taking things day by day. On the upside, oxygen levels have gone back up after a scare the night before when it started dropping to low levels.

If you haven’t been vaccinated, please reconsider. Much love to everyone who has covid-19 and who have lost loved-ones, or are waiting for loved-ones to recover from this virus. Be kind to each other. Navigating the medical system has been a struggle. Simple kindness can go a long way.

I had also tested covid positive 😔
1)Eat 2 boiled eggs in morning for breakfast and at night before sleeping with little pepper powder sprinkled.
2)Take steam before sleeping
3) eat protein rich food, sprouts etc . eat kiwi fruit
4)take vitaminc and b complex supplements and medicines prescribed by your doctor
5)watch some comedy shows and relax.
6)drink hot water only
7) gargle with hot water once everyday

3 weeks almost still recovering. I have lost my sense of taste and smell and appetite has decreased 😞

When you are sick with the coronavirus you have to rest, when you sleep sleep on your stomach just eat a lot of fluids and if you are older, take a picture of your lungs and do not go outside and take a blood count

I am positive on Covid. My current symptoms are ‘lost in taste and lost in smell with a little bit of headache’. Wearing thick medical mask feels a little bit hard to breathe… Hope I recover, currently on a home treatment.
