Keloid is abnormal mechanisms of scarring which is present in most of the areas especially the chest, shoulder, back and the is a line and especially the ear lobes so the best treatment for the keloid is never to have one, but you can see over the counter, a lot of people guiding you compression therapy, steroid therapy, few of the ointments, laser therapy as well as the radiofrequency, cryotherapy, excision if the keloids as well as the injection therapy. So what I can guide you is keloid is not going to work on any of the ointments compression silicone and the laser therapy cryotherapy and the radiation therapy are obsolete. The best treatment of the keloid right now is the intralesional excision of the keloid whether the keloids are removed within the borders and the margins are left intact and it is closed and post excision it is treated with an injection which is a combination of cloruracil as well as the steroids. I am not a doctor and even I know you never do surgery on a keloid because whats a keloid? A scar....surgery will leave a scar. Keloids come back bigger and worse than ever through surgery. The best is cryotherapy. REMEMBER the less invasive the better because again what is a keloid a scar and the more incisions you make on the keloid will leave more scarring thus the keloid will grow back.

I have so many keloids on my chest and shoulders and some other parts of my body.
