How to Connect SSD or Hard drive to your PC motherboard

I have no idea where that blue wire coming out of my SSD goes into on my pc. I can’t even find the hard drive no matter where I am looking.. but I’ve replaced the CPU, GPU and RAM so I have no idea why it’s so difficult to even find

my case only allows access to the tray from the back and thats where all my cables are tied up, dont wanna mess up the cable management and idk how id be able to slide the tray out without moving things around

What if you run out of outlet in your mother board? Cause I have only two (2) in my mother board, but I need to out some additional 2TB SSHD hard drive, what is the solution please?
