10 - 15 years ago it was really hard to believe we will see 100gb games popping out continuously.

1TB SSD for boot, applications and important storage, 2TB HDD for older projects, 4TB HDD in a NAS for photos and stuff.

Why not both? SSD for the boot and HD for storage.

512gb isn't that bad
But if you don't need the speed, hdd is better answer

SSD for OS and software and HDD for file storage. That's perfect combo

Ssds are faster than my dad leaving me for milk 😢

I have a 430 gb hdd and it’s completely fine, games loading take a minute or two. So 10tb hdd for sure.

And hard drives last longer. If you don’t believe me look up how spotify absolutely destroyed ssds when it came out as a desktop app

In what county are SSDs so cheap... At leasts in Finland 1TB SSDs are starting from 200€+ still mainly because the price being like over half taxes...

Or have a 2 TB SSD for things you are using that take speed or you use regularly (games you like, a browser, or other work app) and then have a larger HDD for everything else (images, games you don’t play often, ect). For things like games stored on the HDD, you could move them to the SSD if you are planning on playing them more

1tb ssd costs 90 bucks in my country. Let alone 2tb

I literally run on a 512GB SSD, the key thing to not filling it up is not installing big AAA games

Honestly, depends the use case. Overall though I'd normally go for the 10TB HDD. SSDs are nice, but a 120/128GB one is also very cheap and the majority of games I play have been out since before DDR4 was even a thing, so the load times aren't bad even with a HDD, and an SSD just makes the load times effectively non-existent

10tb hdd is way more expensive compared to the 512gb ssd, so definitely HDD

I wouldn't even get an HDD for general storage unless it's like photos and videos.

Depend on what you doing with your pc, you may choose ssd or hdd, or both. Me is both 4TB ssd and 20TB hdd (bcuz i like to store everything mine by my own hardware and can be accessed offine).

I'll take the 10 TB hard drive because I don't care how fast it is, all I care about is it works and it has space
