Oh my goodness, Mary Ellen! I don't know why I'm just watching this video, but this was SO EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I have been trying to get my ADHD and OCD to stop taking over and figure out how to fill out spreads in a way that my brain can actually stand to look at!
