I photocopy old book pages and distress them...maybe tea or coffee dye them….and use them in my journal.

Since I am watching your channel, which is now 2 years, I'm much more comfortable to work in my own sketchbooks and am not afraid anymore to mess it up, because I can simply paint over or glue smth on top.
