Easy substitute for cake flour: for every cup of AP flour, take out 2 tablespoons of the AP flour and add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. You need starch for the filling anyway, so you’ll have it on hand! 😊

These look wonderful! I've never had a meaty Mooncake. All the ones I had in Changchun were the store bought fruity pastry type. They reminded me of western fruitcake. I can't wait to try these.
