Never seen a cleat packed like that. Instead of throwing ropes you should teach people how to properly dock. 🤦‍♂️

Please, please, before you try to teach someone how to dock a boat, please learn how to tie to a cleat yourself. It seems that you are a beginner yourself and are trying to teach something that you have not fully understood.
