I tried this a few times and I also tried cleaning the charging port but my right earbud still won't work, the LED won't light up and there is no audio, only the left earbud is working. Please help me I just got these a few days ago

my ear phone was like "you don't even have to try, I will fix my self" 😂😂😂and it worked after immediately I put it back in the case, literally I was trying for 2 days by myself it didn't even respond, now when I played this video it worked.
I think my earbud and my life are same because they are playing with me. 😂

guys, try this if it won't work to you try charging your case with the buds and the buds will be red! and it will work :))

The left one had no light, so I tried what Ying says in the video and it didn´t work. I tried cleaning it with alcohol, it didn´t wort either. I pushed it in the case a little bit, didn´t work. I connected to the charging case, wait for 5 minutes and pushed it again (as Ying said in many comments) and it finally worked.

Give it a little push inside the case first that guy refuses to get charged by itself sometimes for whatever reason
