This ramen joint in Shinagawa serves ramen topped with a whole block of juicy chashu! Cooked in-store daily until tender and full of flavor, each log is the equivalent of 10 bowls worth of chashu. With plenty of back fat in the soup and topped with crushed garlic, it’s definitely not for the faint-hearted - but we don’t regret a thing!
