Soupless Ramen With 3lbs of Chashu Pork 🍜
This Taiwanese style soupless ramen joint in Akihabara has a crazy dish on its menu! They call it the ‘manly mountain mazesoba’ and it’s loaded with all their cuts of pork! From roasted pork cubes to crispy sliced pork rib, and of course, braised chashu. It’s even topped off with a raw egg yolk and two boiled egg halves! The whole thing comes to over 3lbs! You don’t have to be a man to enjoy it but you’ll definitely need a monster of an appetite to finish it!
