Nozzle Clog Clearing

One of my printers was laying down inconsistent lines of filament and extruding at an extreme angle. It meant there was something stuck right at the tip of the nozzle. Could be dust, debris, or some left over PRTG filament. So we raised the temp to 250°C, poked it with the needle, and manually pushed the filament through and voila! Cleared nozzle!
You can actually see when the block goes through the nozzle and it starts flowing correctly. Hope this help you guys.

oh my god i got a tool like that when i bought my printer and i had no clue what it was for but i just used it to fix the clog in my printer and everything appears to be working way better now thanks to your video here! Thank you a million times thank you!

I just changed the hot end of my printer, barely used it, and it’s already clogged. I’m trying to use the needles the printer came with but it’s not coming out. any ideas?

My experience so far with clogged nozzles is that once they're clogged, they're ruined. Buy a new nozzle. Prints never come out the same again.

I couldn't figure out for the longest time.Why they made the machine to clog.. But after owning a printer for about two years, you understand what actually takes place within the printer itself.

You see I have a carbon x one, I have not had any clogging issues considering I don't use it to print carbon fiber.. I know it says it's built for it but it's not.
