Harmonic Functions

Harmonic functions have several convenient properties like the Maximum Principle, Cauchy estimates, and Harnack's Principle. These are quite standard results that you'll find in some first year graduate PDE courses (e.g. very early in the book "Partial Differential Equations" by Evans), so we will only summarize the results and sketch some of the proofs.
