Love this recipe. Will definitely try it. I began making a meatball flavored meatloaf to avoid rolling individual meatballs. It comes out super moist with a crust on top. It's mostly my mohter's meatball recipe. 1 pound of 85% ground beef, 1 tsp of salt, half teaspoon pepper, 1 clove of finely cut fresh garlic, she used 1 slice of white bread but I use a little less than a quarter cup of italian flavored bread crumbs, a few tablespoons or to taste of parmagiano reggiano, 2 tablespoons or so of fresh parsley and about 3 ounces of water for moistness. Lightly mix with hands then form into a meatloaf and bake as you would a meatloaf, 350 F for about 45 mintues or so.

What a mind-blowingly unique meatloaf recipe, even the sauce and disposable pan removal. Once again, I get a thrill from the equal parts garlic and onion powder. This would make an amazing Sunday dinner.
