Often, disturbances in our digestive health are the first warning signs of imbalance in the body - these signals speak to us of the need to slow down, and fully process our emotions and life experiences. Ask yourself if there is stress in your life that feels undigestible? This 30 minute yin yoga practice will massage the internal organs with twists, forward folds and backbends to compress and stretch the abdomen. This will gently detox wastes and flush out the digestive tract, and shift you into a relaxed state of rest and digest. Drink lots of water after the practice.

I feel like I have found my yoga home with you. I love the peaceful gentle space you hold. I really struggle to stay centred so my whole core/ digestive system is sore and weak and the practices I have done with you feel so helpful and empowering. Thank you ❤

This is truly the best digestive yin yoga class ive found so thankyou so much! I felt like the poses were really working and giving my body whaf it needed. Felt so good! Womderful teacher you are on my favourite playlists. Yay!

This was so lovely, Kristen! Today was a mental dedication to my health, specifically my gut and detox systems. I even purchased a few goodies from Vitacost this morning which included NAC and l-glutamine. This digestive practice was perfect :)
