If you take cover from a wild Luxray, it will look directly at the player regardless and pace back and forth instead of aimlessly wander like every other wild Pokemon. Its using its X-ray vision as mentioned in the Pokedex and is just waiting for the player to come out to fight them.

Legends Arceus show that not all pokemons are terrifying as they say in the hisui before sinnoh, the Chansey line is one prime example of kindness that a pokemon has.

There is a waterfall in mt coronet. Beneath it are magikarps, above it are gyarados. Refering to the koi that became a dragon by jumping a waterfall.

I am like 90% sure, that they purposefully gave Luxray X-ray vision, like it’s pokedex entries state. I swear it is able to see through solid objects MUCH better than other Pokémon.

There's another Legends Arceus Sudowoodo fun fact: When you encounter a Sudowoodo in a rainy area, it will try and run away since it's stated in many of its PokéDex entries that Sudowoodo hate the rain!

I knew about the Blissey detail, I would intentionally injure myself around wild Blissey to see them check on me before running away at the speed of sound. I found it really cute, like they're scared of you, but their drive to heal overrides their fear until they know you're better.

I like that Spheal are super friendly. Alpha Spheal aren't even aggressive

My favorite detail is the music changing over time throughout the story. Music to me is very important in games and movies and it was incredible to see it slowly change to the original theme for jubilife city

there's a natural hot spring tucked away in the Alabaster Icelands that is a resting place for various pokemon, and none of the pokemon there will attack you even if others of their species will. I once found a family of a Machop and a Machoke so I looked at my pokedex and realized I needed to catch one more Machop to complete its entry, and after I caught it the Machoke looked at me and turned its back to me, as if to say "okay now catch me too!" unfortunately, I understood too late, and ended up killing it for the dex entry. I felt like a monster, and that encounter solidified Arceus as a really good game in my eyes.

If you dodge roll near spheal it will roll too. If you sprint near ponyta it will run alongside you. Blissey’s pre-evos will also heal you.

A few months late and not sure if anyone else already mentioned it, but Ninetales' sitting animation is the same idle animation it uses in Pokémon Stadium! I also love that certain sound/group-themed Pokémon will call out for help to an alpha, evolution, and/or others in its group to come assist it, such as Murkrows calling for each other or a Honchkrow, and Chinglings and Chimecho calling for other nearby Pokémon to come help them

Legends Arceus is the best Pokémon game I’ve ever played. It had its shortcomings, but the story, the animation style, the gameplay, and the amount of content make it an incredible game
