OMG I LOVE HIM!! I Love the Concept of i think an yokai? Its Typing Is Like An Opposite To Normal Rotom Keeping its ghost type instead of Its electric type.

I think the "bit" for arceus is that you can randomly find the alternate devices from the future in the past bc they also get sucked up through the time rifts. And the light bulbs get possessed. And the other appliances also get taken back, and that's why the vendors don't call them by their names

The thing about Rotom in Legends is that it's a paradox, the reason that they are in the wild and the appliences are from the Space Time Distortions and plus rptom is Motor backwards so it wpuld have made sense to have a rotom like in hisui but not regional rotom!
