If you have it band issues this stuff is amazing!! I couldn't do a squat after my it band messed up my knee.... after doing these types of activation stretches and exersised I have full range of motion! 💪

Body weight squats (Banded)
2 sets of 15-30 reps


Banded shuffle (To the sides)
2 sets of 20 steps (Both sides)


Banded shuffle (Forward and backward)
2 sets of 20 steps (Both ways)


Banded clam shells
2 sets of 15-30 reps (Both sides)


Body weight glute bridge (Banded)
2 sets of 15-30 reps


Banded donkey kicks
2 sets of 15-30 reps (Both sides)


And then just foam roll your body

Hi! I'm 47 yrs old female, struck by car almost 10 years ago. I had fractured both tib/fibula in both legs. I have a plate in left leg and rod in right leg. Do u have any suggestions on exercises that would be gentle and effective for legs and butt? Or any recommendations on someone I can youtube videos on?

wait so I berly learning lmao I fool myself thinking only squats help out building a booty . But question I have to firts warm up my glutes and then add weights during my normal work outs ?

Unrelated to the video but I was just thinking the other day that I never see you with your hair up in a messy bun (or maybe I'm drunk and you do it all th time lol) BUT IT LOOKS NICE & I LIKE IT. And related to this video: loop bands & things like the MB sling shot are SO key in my glute workouts. I use them in 80% of my lower body workouts!
