I wanna try these. I can't do squats for except for quads so I wanna try front squats. If I squat flat footed and barbell back squat I fall backwards😂

How do you get your elbows to be parallel with the floor. Whenever I try my elbows point straight down and I can’t bring them any higher

Is it normal to feel tension in your forearm/pulse while you do those? I have pretty strong legs but noodle arms, and do back squats for reps with 130kg, but front squat 80 is the max due to the difficulty...
