How To Fix Headset Or Speaker Audio Cutting Out When Using OBS Studio

My headset audio kept cutting out while trying to watch videos and use OBS at the same time. This is how to fix that.

does this help with streaming too? cuz my headset cuts out during stream and it turns out it’ll cut out the audio of the stream too
