I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max to iPhone store a they wanted to charge $350.00 to fix it . After I think he says d 2 years after purchase, No Guarantee….this model a some of the others are All having this problem …. Of Not being able to hear unless on Speaker…… a can’t hear the map comment when traveling in the car, maybe try Sone type of ear phone ?
