OK so just a quick tip to those who are having the same issue that I am having I’ve tried all the steps in this video and none of them worked so what I did was I called my other phone and hit the mute button two times muted, unmuted, muted, and unmuted and see if that works cause it work for me

Switch off the Wi-Fi on your phone to make the call with cellular to see if it works. If it does then the problem is your home Wi-Fi. Unplug router modem to reset then plug it back in. This is the only thing that worked for me. Even though I was getting a good Wi-Fi single before for some reason resetting it fixed the connection with my phone. Good luck.
