How to fix blurry apps in windows 10 and 11 once and for all!!

This is the best way that I've found to fix blurry apps in windows 10 and windows 11. This works with Nvidia GPU's, I am not sure if it works with AMD but you could try disabling FXAA in your control panel if you have the option and see if it fixes it.

when moving the cursor around, it leaves graphical tearing, the previous stays, how to fix that please?
mostly in the outlook app.
