How to fix Blurry Text in Windows 10 (PC/Laptops)

Windows scaling is a bit bugged, utorrent , setups, and in many other places the text is blurry. This video shows one possible hassle free fix.

So my problem is I uninstall the Intel HD GRAPHICS and update my gt 710 graphics drive after that text and icon become blurry my monitor is connected with GPU
