You are a genius, Sir! Thank you SO much for your expertise in solving this problem that even Microsoft couldn't solve (why they haven't fixed the blurry fonts in Windows 10 after all this time, is beyond my comprehension!). It was the registry edit that totally fixed it for me, after rebooting.

I got very blurry letters on my desktop and everything else after fooling around with my settings and stuff....and got really frustrated.

Just want to mention there's another problem look like this one
If any of you didn't manage to fix he's/her machine try changing refresh rate happed to me my monitor 60hz i found that was runing at 50hz when i switch back the fonts are no longer blurry
