OMG, Thank you very much. I have gave up for a years ago. Both of methods are working. I'm using first one for years but i thought that it's impossible do fix all the apps. Now i know how to solve the issue.

Sheesh, the second solution really fixed the Great Shitty-Scaling Problem for some old applications _(and Rainmeter skins, which is especially nice)._
That seems to be a pretty common problem on Lenovo laptops.

Why does this even work lmao. Its hilarious that changing the value from 125 to 124 makes a world of difference.

The scaling depends on what your monitor is currently set to. Also, if you have external monitors connected to your laptop, this will impact the display on those monitors. For me, it did work, but I changed my scaling from 100 to 101. Seems if you just adjust whatever it's set to by 1 number it will help.

so setting scaling to 124% instead of 125% makes every window sharp

I have the scale set to 100% which I'm not intended to change. The 2nd method was already applied to the app and it still becomes blurry quite often, so it is not working like a "charm" as many other comments say. Which raises the question: is there any other possible solution for this annoying side effect?

didnt work for me, i tried doing this on a steam app (only the first method as u cant select steam apps seperately) and it did nothing :( pls help

What about Windows store apps? This worked for one desktop app that I was having issues with, but the Windows Store app for Facebook Messenger is giving me trouble and these options don't exist for it.
