Sometimes I leave the plates/yoga workouts till the end of the week. I feel I deserve a cool down after all the exciting and intense workouts thought the week. This was great. Thanks Heather

Ladies, keep it up. I've lost almost 90 lbs doing Heather's workout videos!!!! She literally helped me shape and sculpt my body!!!
