WOW!!! Might be titled "beginner" but it was a burner, Tracy!! I love lower body floorwork and yours is always challeging!! And loving the black letters!! Easier for these aging eyes of mine to see!!!
Loved it!!!! Definitely another favorite and that list for "Tracy Favorites" is quite long😉😉😉

Another great workout! Those leg lifts were difficult for some reason. Hopefully, they'll get easier with time.

Great little lower body workout. I didn’t notice that it’s a beginner workout. Anyway I had a good time. I’ll do a short arm workout too.

Of I loved it, added heavier weights to make it challenging for me and 10lb ankle weights for the floor movements thanks Tracy!!!
