Ive been closely following the updates of Malaysia VEP system issue rectification and as of 11 July 2024, the website issue remains unsolved despite the ram up of manpower in the VEP department.

i applied in march before my VEP expired in april, till today, no email to me for tag collection or appointment !

Why so complicated.. give them hard copies of ins. Ic, passport, and car detail.. the jpj received make a vep tag, and pay.. everyone happy

Their website is totally useless. Log in to fill in our data, when press submit, it shows error but stated nric already registered. When try to check status, suddenly shows email or password not recognized. How can that be when before hand i am able to enter the main website using the same email and password to fill data.

The problem is website was not designed to handle heavy use, did not think through all the possible issues that users may encounter. Once they fixed their website and make it user friendly, more than half of the emails will be gone, win-win for both parties, not unless they deliberately create the problems to delay or even abort the vep after collecting all the money, not impossible

Rcvd my rfid tag, acknowledge to dem via d website.
Status indicate not acknowledge. Called 5x n waited on d line fr 25mins(each col), nobody answr. Emailed to dem oso no reply.

All shit just give people trouble, no system, no planning, appointment always is fully booked until 1st Oct. A clown is trying to show that he is doing his job.

Sorry but you sound like a broken record repeating things that you have already said, more like a platform to vent your frustration with VEP, granted yes VEP application is not perfect

Bro... i fully agree with you on the manpower deployment aspect.

When the system/web design is not user friendly you will keep receiving tons of email to ask you the same questions.

What i feel is that most of the email is asking how to edit / update new vehicle documents. (Currently this function is disabled or not available)

What can be done is to allow the vehicle owner who has an account to login and delete the old vehicle and redo the registration all over again. Easily 80% of the problems will be resolved and you don't have to keep increasing manpower.

Special note: Only enable this function for registered vehicles without outstanding fines to do that.

Thanks for highlighting the issue. I hope something can be done. Like you, I’m stuck at the deregistration stage as I sold my old car and bought a new one but kept my licence plate. I cannot register the new car as the system keeps saying I already have registered that licence plate number. And there is no option to deregister the old car on the website.

I have encounter three times years ago, when I finish stamping passport, , the barrier not up, but in order to let the barrier up. press Call button no use. car behind impatient, no choice use Tng card to pay, So i am making double payment as My VEP tag already deducted my credit card has made payment already link to TNG eWallet and vep tag, i also top up to R40, can refund if you prove the receipt email to TNG, but troublesome,

Haha same here. My VEP expired after 5 years. Received email for renewal. Follow thier instruction to update all document they need. Only receive "your application has received successfully. I wait and wait till cannot tahan and I write email to them. Again they call me to resubmit the whole document again. I already give up hope.

Yes there is no U turn. But there is lots of round about. Apply the VEP just get a reply. Since than now is 3 month pass nothing happen still.

They are very efficient in terminating my previous VEP which was working fine with my existing TnGo mobile app, with many deductions did before from my E-wallet account. But when it comes to application, they don't help and never reply my email why their system anyhow say I don't have an existing TnGo mobile app with the application of my VEP tag being stalled now. Alamak ...we have always love Malaysia, why did they do this to torture us in return, what have we done to deserve all these miseries?
