Korean Food Series : Mayak Eggs (Korean marinated eggs)

Ingredients

- 10 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- Cheongyang pepper (can be substituted with pepperoncino or other spicy peppers)
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 100g soy sauce
- 50g sugar
- 100g water

Recipe

1. Put the eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes (for soft-boiled eggs).
2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a pot (use warm water or boil the mixture to dissolve the sugar)
3. Place the eggs and sauce in a container and marinate them in the refrigerator for one day to complete the dish.
