12 eggs
3 tbsp white vinegar & salt
Marinade:

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
⅓ cup sugar
1 cheonyang chili pepper
1 red chili pepper
½ cup chopped scallions (26g)
1 tbsp sesame seeds

For anyone making these, if you use vinegar, use the sugar. Tastes acidic without the sugar AND the 7, 5min eggs are better than 6min eggs just because of the pealing is easier.
