The answer is to eat *enough* protein [ ideally, from whole foods 🥩🎣] eat to your “ideal” weight; from where you are now.

I promise it will improve your mental state 🤩 dramatically.

Edit: and it’s hard at first. But keep training yourself cause you’ll prevent muscle loss.
