In this video, I’m going to walk you through a process of crafting your OWN morning routine, because what’s perfect for somebody else is not going to be what's perfect for you. So I’m going to help you create YOUR perfect morning routine.

A lot has been said about morning routines (in books, blogs, YouTube videos), and a lot of that showcases the very specific morning routine of an individual creator. While those are definitely fun to watch, when it comes time to create your own morning routine it’s unlikely that you’re going to just copy/paste the exact morning routine of your favorite YouTuber.

So, what do you do? How do you put together the perfect morning routine for YOU?

And perhaps more importantly – how do you make it a habit that you will actually stick with?

I love my morning coffee while catching up on the news. First, however I have to accomplish at least 3 things before sitting down (which usually turns into at least 5 😂). It may be simple things like emptying the dishwasher, gathering the wash and getting it started, a 5 minute workout, playing with the dogs . . . Just simple things. Then when I do sit down for my coffee I can be relaxed and know i have already accomplished something!

I use to have a morning routine but since remarrying it’s all gone out the door. I use to get up go for a run now I stay in bed and have a coffee 😢 Time to make the change ❤

First a tea, than reading in my favorite book… after that exercise (sometimes only 15 minutes on a hometrainer, 45 minutes walk…. Drink some water..
Than a shower and after that my favorite moment: a cup of ☕️ coffee
In summer I do some gardening, and than: I do have breakfast at 10/10.30 am.
Around 1.30 I have again some tea or coffee
At 4 pm I have a nice lunch/dinner - end of eating
Light walk in the evening
8 hour sleep

I usually wake up around 5:30 am in the morning. First thing first, I drink a cup of warm water, do some light stretching, then prepare lunch for my husband to carry to work. Then I read my favorite book. Thanks so much for your sharing <3

Right now with nice weather my routine is, coffee, Bible reading, walking, make my bed, do 1 load of laundry, quick pick up around the house
