I went from 3 reps to 15 reps on HSPU over the last 6 months. It increased my overhead press too when I came back to it.

never used fixed reps, always allow rep ranges to vary or go to failure

nope. its just rings and bands for me. maybe a weight vest or some sandbag from time to time. thats some kind of weight, I guess

I do bdywt pull-ups/chin-ups and dips and one set of 40 rapid push-ups for cardiovascular health and endurance.

I combine both, but I don’t think you have to. I’d much rather do some variation of push ups vs the weighted presses he was doing. I use weights for over head press and some squatting. I just like them. But, I could probably replace those with body weight exercises. Bands have a place as well.

Find exercises you like and that work for you, keep growing. It’s a lifestyle and always evolving.

I love training hybrid for hypertrophy and strenght but when it comes on training both for these and statics its realy hard to combine

yaa iv been doing that a few years now and seen great results. But i came from the other side originally. 27 years of only training normal bodybuilding.

I want to mix both of them but i really suck with bodyweight exercises, i can only do 4 pull ups and 0 dips, idk if its lack of strenght or technique

I once locked out my arms that hard with tricep extensions, my god the pain in my elbow I thought it broke 😭. How do I fix this? Since then I've been hesitant to fully lock out in that exercise
