Personally, I train calisthenics for Upper body, and weight lifting for lower body in an upper/lower split. I've been getting the best results ever!

Im doing a 3 day fullbody routine and mixing calisthenics exercises (like weighted pull ups and dips on rings, sissy squat, tríceps extensions) and gym exercises (like bulgarian squats, bench press, seal row...) + 2/3 days of running 🤙

Best workout i've ever do!

Calisthenics is very beneficial since you can do them anywhere with little to no equipment. I work a camp job 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. While I’m in camp I use the gym that is free and readily available. On my days off, I train at home with mostly calisthenics, tension bands, and some dumbbells. I have also started a regular stretch routine which feels amazing!

I do powerlifting for my compounds and calisthenics for my main exercises. Smaller muscles will be trained by machine or dumbbell.

I do a push pull legs split. I warm up with calisthenics with dips, push-ups, pull-ups or air squats on said days. At least one of my lifts will consist of weighted calisthenics using a chain belt. Then I’ll finish with a few more sets of calisthenics. All with exercises with weights in between.

I’d say train triceps on ur pull day (posterior chain) and bicep on push (anterior chain)
