It's always so interesting for me to read & compare what other people have been doing with their diet. What is something you have learned through your experience eating your diet? 😊

Girl- you nailed it all in this video. It was like you were speaking to me! I agree 100% with you that this way of eating is as individualized as we are, not one size fits all. I also under ate when I started this & have had a whirlwind of experimenting. I'm still trying to find my "zone", so I'm a work in progress!! ❤️ all your videos!!!!

Another great video! I love your logic. It is so important to keep an open mind because if something isn't working then maybe it's not the proper diet for us and that nothing has to be permanent. Thanks for all your wonderful tips!

Wonder Woman Lilly! Beautiful person inside & outside. I'm no longer Type 2 diabetic thanks to eliminating carbs & sugar, OMAD & long term (7 day) fasts. Once carbs & sugar out of system, no hunger pangs... ever. Lost 85 lbs in 11 months. Spun my age clock back 15 years.

I have learned so much since my journey began in March 2015. #1. Do your research however it can get confusing and overwhelming. I rely on what feels good when I'm listening to others on a subject I'm interested in. Even if someone is highly recommended to me but I feel off while listening to them I move on. #2. My body is unlike another's. It may be similar but not identical. Therefore I must go with what is best for my body. #3. Simple works best for me. #4. What my mouth or mind wants is 100% different than what my body needs. My mouth grew up on sugar but that doesn't work for my body. #5. 100% commitment takes away decision fatigue and excuses. My granddaughter recently asked if I would ever eat a cookie again, I told her maybe when I'm 100 years old, but probably not then either. I've gone thru menopause and regained some weight so I recently committed to BBBES Beef, bacon, butter and eggs and seafood. I drink water and seltzer. That's it. Easy peasy. And I've shed 11 pounds in 40 days. 6. I do weigh myself weekly, monthly I take my measurements and a picture to see how my body is doing. Also recording my food daily in an actual notebook works great for me. The 1st of every month I check in to see if there is anything that needs tweaking.

Just started carnivore since 4 days and I already can see the benefits like my back and neck pain gone, tummy is flat, no constipation, no depression, better sleep, brain fog gone and I feel extremely energized. (i did keto before.) It's crazy what this carnivore diet can do. Appreciate what you are doing and you look great!

I agree, the transition wasn’t easy for me either and took me a long time. I got the grapefruit LMNT electrolytes for the gym and I must have needed them because it really improved my performance.

Wow. Great video. You’re right on. I got in trouble a lot eating pork rinds, over-doing cream or bacon—gave me trouble with 💩 loose stool. Really happy steady now. New benefit: lungs tolerate heat and humidity better. Used to feel almost asthmatic on these days. What is best water? No plastic. No plastic lined cans. Filters remove minerals. Tap water has chlorine. 🤔

Great video. Life is a journey. You should be constantly growing and changing. If you aren't you are stuck. Applies to diet, relationships, work etc. Never be afraid to change your life.

just getting to the 3 months mark: before i'd carry my inhaler around everywhere bc some coughs or pollens could trigger it. cant recall the last time i used my inhaler except for the first time i turned on my car's AC. hardly consider carrying it around anymore. also down 30lbs but the drop in asthma was immediate as soon as i went carnivore.

I've been mostly carnivore for about a year now, I do enjoy some fruit or honey here and there but other than that it's basically meat, eggs and raw dairy. I've lost 60lbs doing this, now I'm almost lean enough to have abs (getting close!). I usually start my day with ground beef and eggs (I make the beef in a pan with butter and then I crack the eggs over the beef when the beef is almost done) and a big glass of raw milk from a nearby farmer. Some days this is also my only meal of the day if I don't feel hungry in the evening, but I enjoy it so much that I eat this almost every day. The nutritional content is off the charts and all it takes is 4 ingredients, or 5 if you count the salt.

my body was shocked when I went keto. I was exhausted and felt like sleeping all the time for a week or so and had such vivid, weird dreams. It was like being in a theatre all night. I’ve been zero to low carb for about 5 yrs now and even if I have a week or 2 of eating sweets and starches during holidays my body re-acclimates v quickly. I did carnivore prob 4-5 mos and I felt fabulous but I didn’t lose the weight I wanted. after learning more about it from channels like this I’m back at it and will now be more careful of fat intake, eating deli meats, and try cutting dairy. Thanks for these videos !!!

The two essential macronutrients are protein and fats. Carnivore is 100% nutritionally complete.
