In Sweden we have a salt brand named "Seltin" and it has 50% sodium chloride, 40% potassium chloride, 10% magnesium sulfate and a bit of iodine. I drink that on my fasting days.

Take 1 tea spoon of Himalayan Rock salt in luke warm water as it also contains Magnesium & Potassium

Transitioning to ketosis after several days of being off diet, exercising and probably drinking too little water. Dull pain in the head and grumpy (edit: and definitely low energy today), so I'm trying right now the lemon juice added to salts water (salt and potassium + magnesium supplement) you recommended in a previous video. Also with a few drops of stevia. Great stuff and looking forward to passing quickly through this "keto flu" stage. This is the first time in a long while that I've experienced it, but I suspect the exercise and mild dehydration aren't doing me any favors. Great vid.

I usually eat OMAD and salt my food to taste. Then one day a week, I eat lunch and don't eat again for 48 hours. I have been consuming LMNT (1000 mg sodium) once in that 48 hours. Sometimes, it is difficult to finish 48 hours. After watching your video, I will try a second LMNT in the 48 hour fast and see if completing the 48 hours is easier. Thank you.
