I did this for about 10 days. I am 69, treated for Hashimoto's, great bp but overweight. I normally have issues with some non-pitting edema in my feet and ankles (since my childbearing years). But using the Sole Water (pink H. Salt) I had quite swollen pitting edema. I was drinking so much water trying to flush out the edema that I accidentally wet the bed! Purchase STONE GROUND or larger crystals know why?? If it’s ground by metal the metal wears down quickly and where do you think it goes?? In the salt! So get bigger crystals as it will dissolve in warm water or get stone ground or else you will be consuming metals as well from whatever is shaving the salt down to powder etc. 😇 you’re welcome

It is for skin problems and the consumption may lead to liver problem... The original brahmi is with succulent leaves and white flowers. Please throw light on the issue
