I made a variant of this a couple nights ago for dinner - sage instead of basil and pecorino romano instead of parmisan. I also mixed in a bit of sauteed rainbow chard to make it a more complete meal. So incredibly delicious and actually as easy as it looked in the video!! Definitely going to be a new staple in my dinner repertoire.
