Funny. I already did everything in this video and still my tv won't connect to wifi. So, like the end of the video states, i contacted vizio support. They sent me the link to this video. DONT BUY VIZIO TVS. reminder for myself and anybody else that might see this

Mine still doesn't work. It worked fine for over a year and now it stopped working. I'm connected to Google mesh and it worked fine for a long time and then for the last month and a half it stopped working where I had to unplug the Google. When I connect directly to the AT&t router it works fine. Is it Google or is it the Vizio TV?

I am still having problem with getting my tv on i only use it with my internet te problem started when tere was a repair of the internet in my town so the internet when off on tv when i put the TV on all that shows is No interrnet detected i have try everything but it stay the same i was watching your video were you said to reboot the system to factory default but it doe'nt give me that option so what should i do please help me i work with my internet doing jewelry thought youtube

I hope this help: For those who need help and had the same issue as me … you called the call center only to be told to buy another remote or tv because you was unable to connect the tv back to the internet. We had a storm and the internet went out. Which took my tv off the Wi-Fi. No help with the call center but I notice that there was an outlet on the back where I can connect the tv to my Wi-Fi box . If you do that it would reconnect once you unhook it from your Wi-Fi box it would then ask for you to enter your internet password hope this help because the call center didn’t 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Not enough help found here for connecting direct w/RJ45 port. You'd think that if connected direct the os would recognize the connection and disregard WiFi. It seems to do the opposite. Issues arise when trying to connect direct through RJ45, you kill your routers wifi broadcast signal, it still picks up a weak wifi signal from the neighbors router and disregards direct connection. More instructions needed

Wouldn’t work for two days. Says it downloaded update, but can’t decrypt it and can’t install it. Says the cable is disconnected, but Wi-Fi is up and running. Was able to use Apple Air Play to play YouTube vids. Now, after rebooting, Smartcast started up all by itself and now magically the cable is connected. This, after unplugging it several times. 
Now, how do I install updates when they will not decrypt?

We're trying to establish a simple ethernet connection to our Vizio 43" VFTGA set because WiFi drops out. The internal menu shows that there is an RJ11 address but we cannot find any external RJ11 port on the set. Anyone else familiar with this? The set is only a few months old. I'm not sure about the serial number because they are so tiny that we had to use a magnifying glass to read the letters given.

Had tv for 2 days worked good first day and 2nd day it will not connect to internet or Wi-Fi it sux. Taking it back and getting a different brand

My Visio TV would not connect to wireless hotspot. Everything else, new or old in my house connects no problem. Visio customer service blamed everything on me, then told me that I was out of luck. No more Vizio anything for me. Junk and worthless customer lack of service.

My E65-E1 has no reaction to menu button. Tried every type of reset, restart, default to factory, Ethernet cable, new remote. Update might fix it, but app says wrong Ip address. so can't connect to wifi. Stupid vizio catch 22. Most of the dimming zones got dark, can't even try to turn that off. I ought to help it catch fire, I'd love to watch it burn.
