After you do a scan for channels. How do you add channels like 17.1. How do you put the . In the # ?? Visio

You have to change your WPA 2 to WPA 1 & 2. On your router advanced settings!!! Your VIZEO will connect normally after this!!

I’ve tried that, but mine will not finalize connecting to the Internet even though it says it’s connecting, do you have any suggestions?

I have followed these steps but it’s still not opening Netflix at all. I Can open YoutubeTV but It’s not running anything I select. I Can use YouTube and Pandora though. Vizio had me go through all the troubleshooting steps and there’s no improvement. Any advice?
