Come one Vizio get it together. We are in the 21st century this should not be happening. It’s very annoying to us customers.

Nothing wrong with my router or modem, both work fine with faster and newer devices at high speeds. My 2019 M557 Vizio on the other hand is incapable of establishing a wifi connection even after multiple factory resets and modem/router resets. First and last Vizio TV I ever buy. Forced to buy a fire stick now so this doesn't become a paperweight. Thanks for a truly terrible customer experience.

So I've tried resetting my router, unplugging the TV and did a factory reset, and it still had the no network detected. Vizio is a terrible product, tv only lasted 3 years

Instead of spending money on these videos, spend it on quality control.

This tv has been nothing but a pain in the ass. It’s connected to the WiFi but says it’s not.

This TV is crap. It can't connect to ANY network no matter how it's configured. I've tried every conceivable combination between: 2.4ghz, 5ghz, a/b/g/n/ac, broadcasting SSID, hidden SSID, password protected network, and an open network. I also tried it on three different routers, one of which was placed 3 feet away from the TV. All it "sees" is the network between my roku and its remote which is ridiculous. This thing is garbage and is being returned.

I bought the M558-G1 and it's probably the last time that I buy VIZIO. Constant green screens and discolorations. Not to mention their promotion tile never works, it just crashes. HDMI to PC has constant audio cut outs as well, requiring me to either reboot or reconnect HDMI cable. I have high end cables and inexpensive ones that came with my PC monitor and they both have the same issue. I should've bought a SONY.

In the case of an internet outage we should still be able to access the Home Screen and apps. This way, we can run things like Plex or kodi for local network media. It’s really dumb that I can’t do anything with my tv if the internet is down without a secondary input source connected.

I can guarantee my University’s router and modem are working perfectly so why isn’t my tv recognizing it?

Mine won’t connect to a specific internet connection, how do I fix that?

My neighbors network is showing and not mine. I did the reset and all.

Bruhhh none of this is working. Buying this TV is the worst decision I could have made. My WiFi has been working for EVERYTHING ELSE

Vizio tv's are garbage.
Bought a v505 for $400 and out of the box the video and audio were out of sync.
The tv is now 6 months old and the audio keeps going out. You have to reboot the TV to get the audio back.
Changing between apps, the tv shuts down and won't turn back on. You have to unplug and plug back in to turn on the TV.
Called tech support and was told they don't have parts for a 6 month old TV. They will ship a USED TV in exchange for the original tv. But first you have to submit your credit card info so they can put a $400 hold (original tv price) on my credit card.
If they receive your original tv damaged, your credit card will be charged. So basically spending $800 for a used tv.
It will be your responsibility to recoup your money from the shipping company.

What WiFi card is installed as I upgraded to “Mesh” technology and still loses signal, several times a minute or may go an hour. I can see a blue light on the WiFi mesh module and nothing using internet or generating a radio frequency interference like a microwave. Click on the TV’s system, select network, mines write there, click then scroll to view or test, it shows the correct network, signal strength of excellent and status may show connected. Yet nothing on the screen. Update required? I am forced into retirement w/lumbar problems early, so even a cost effective tv is $300? Living on 84 income, I fix & do maintenance around the house, but when shot & hurting, I just to relax. No wind, no bad weather and the iPhone slows good speeds plus no RFI, no high tech appliances issues. Yet off it goes. No signal! Then back on as the module sit on the back corner of this VIZIO set. You are making me upset that I have two!
Thank you kindly for any assistance.
