What Is Skin Purging? - My Tips, Experiences & Before/After Footage

Have you ever heard of skin purging? If you don't know what it is, I'm explaining it in this video. It has something to do with your skin breaking out from certain ingredients. I'm also explaining how to distinguish between skin purging and a typical reaction, how long it typically lasts, and how you can "lessen" the skin purging. In addition to this I'm sharing my experiences and some before/after footage. Hope this helps!

I have always had pretty good skin but recently purchased a glygolic acid peeling solution mask and find that my skin is purging?? Is it still normal to purge even for someone who has never suffered from acne? The mask makes my skin feel wonderful but I'm breaking out like your skin did

I was wondering what happened. I don't break out. After micro needling with new products the next day I got these red marks under my skin. I know it was from the MN tx because the bumps followed my MN path and I used some new peptides and mixed products. It has been 6 wks and they are almost fading away. Side note: the only thing I have used on my skin for the past 6 wks is 91% isopropyl Al. And it has not only cleared those marks up but my skin looks so healthy and moisturized! The body had this way. I am drying the top layer of my skin so from the inside out it is sending moisture to the top layer...yeah💚

Hi Diana. I love you video and you have a beatiful skin. I think im having skin purging now after using Tiam Vit C serum. It is on my cheeks, between my eye brows. I used to have a lot of acne before this but it heals a year ago... these purging are red in color, not painfull when you press, it is only on the surface of the skin and not like cystic acne like i used to have. I hope it will heal soon cause it is quite noticeable... How would you calm the purging?

Hello, I’m using, Ponds pure white (facial foam) and the ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% then Celeteque Hydration Moisturizer at the same time, after using in 2 days I got 3 pimples on my cheeks, also when my 1 pimple get healed the other one appeared haha this is a kind of annoying haha

I am currently using The Ordinary’s Nicanicamide 10% + Zinc 1% and Magnesium Ascorbyl Acid 10%. I was wondering if any of these products cause purging? My forehead and chin area started breaking out. They’re not blackheads, mostly whiteheads and skin colored acne. I dont get much acne on my chin but since I began using these products, I broke out more on my chin area. Should I stop using it ? Is it purging or just a bad reaction? HELP😭

PS. I stopped using it for 7 days at one point. Some acne decreased in size but the majority of the pimples that came out since I used these products are still there.

I experience purging at this very moment, I do not know if this is still purging because it already last for 10 days and my face gets worst than ever happened before, I used jessner set...After the application I noticed my acnes went out and the rep.of the product told me that this is normal but I'm afraid because I can see my face gets worse each day...
But even b4 I already had acne problems but not as much as now.
What should I do?will I still continue using the product?or stop?I hope you can help me with my problem...thank you
