After I switched from using the retinal tretinoin to Adapalene, I noticed some acne in different places particularly above my eye lids and my forehead (didn’t have acne there for a long time). Some disappeared relatively fast and more appeared sometimes but generally they all sure love to hang out on my cheek bone area!
