last 25 days m taking basil seeds, Thought that chia and basil are same seeds .but I find no changes in my weight .
I have taken in the morning adding 2tbsp of basil and adding lil drops of lemon and cinammon powder, But there is no result of reducing weight .After seeing this video knw the difference in both the seed ....Thnk uu soo much for this wonderful info .Bcz many ppl hv no idea f this .
