I miss the old villages, but it took sooo long to find one. They generated a lot less back then which is sad. Woodland mansions were more common as well but now you have to go 20000 or so blocks just to find one. They are rarely close.

Fun Fact: In the Minecraft Marketplace (Bedrock Exclusive) you can get a free texture pack named "Classic Textures". I think its called that, but anyway it changes almost all blocks into what they looked like in 2014.

If you want this for Java, I'm sure you could find a pack like this online. I don't play java since I've always used my phone for gaming, so thats all I could think of.
