I come to the understanding that lease option is when someone buy house for period time without paying rent in that time frame.
So if I where to do that here as you are saying. Most People would think I'm crook

What percentage of lease option tenants ever end up buying? Seems like if they can’t qualify for a mortgage of their own they may struggle to pay the expenses and ultimately end up leaving
